In an accident where the at-fault driver turned left into the path of our client’s vehicle, our client suffered a pelvis fracture which required an invasive surgery involving multiple screws and rods. We found three different insurance policies that applied to the wreck and compelled all three insurance companies to pay the full value of each policy.

Client suffered a rotator cuff tear in an accident where the at-fault driver executed an improper lane change colliding with my client’s driver’s side door. Our client had a shoulder surgery to repair the partial rotator cuff tear. The case settled shortly before trial for over 4x more than the insurance company offered at mediation.

Client suffered a concussion and multiple post-concussion symptoms after being rear-ended on I-85 in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Our client felt two impacts in the wreck, one from the car behind her and one from a van that hit the car behind her before fleeing the scene. We settled for the full value of our client’s uninsured motorist carrier and then settled for the full value of the other driver’s insurance company on the eve of trial.
